ETNACASE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION

We use top grade plywood available in different thickness on which is laminated with ABS texture or aluminium sheet.
Edging to be unanodized aluminium angle secured with rivets to provide strength and durability to cases.
Spring – loaded, recessed twist – latch (Butterfly Lock Dish) used at all critical closure points. Spring load on latch will provide visible tensioning when engaged upon closure. They are accurately positioned and secured with rivets which will survive years of rugged use.
Spring – loaded, rubber gripped, recessed steel dishes handles accurately positioned and secured with rivets. Case balance and distribution of load will be taken into account. Rubber padded grip is spring – loaded to stay out of the way when not in use.
Full length piano hinges secured with rivets to provide excellent protection against torsional damage to case halves and to provide a tight lid alignment.
Steel ball corners and corner clamp at all corner joining to provide extra shock absorption and raise case bottom off a flat surface.
Aluminium tongue and groove valence to fit thickness of case to create a perfect dust proof fit between lid and base.
Interior cushioning with high density polyurethane foam (PU FOAM) and ethylene viny! acetate (EVA FOAM), effectively insulating equipment from shock. Custom interiors include sculpted cut – outs, compartments, sliding shelf and drawers. We use the 360 degrees rotating ball – bearing type of castars (per set of 4) that have a safe running load of up to 200 kgs.
